Bright studio space hidden behind architect's office. 3 minute walk to Cheese Cottage and Majestic Brewery. 5 minute walk to Dauphin Street Entertainment District and Mardi Gras parade routes. Situated at the west end of the Historic Automobile Alley District, this re-purposed building once an auto-parts store and mechanic's shop - is now an office with two residential units. Great location for weekend visits or business travelers.

Newly established as a Historic District, Automobile Alley is between the LoDa and Detonti Square historic districts. This was the place to buy your vehicle in the 20s through the 40s. The street is now booming with 2 breweries, eatery, antique store, lighting store, and several loft apartments. The Dodge and Buick dealerships have been coverted into office space.

I am a self employed architect. I enjoy short weekend trips. I enjoy running (slowly), mountain biking, and I own a (dusty) kayak. My hobby is photography. Abandoned or historic buildings are my favorite things to photograph. I travel light - usually just a backpack. I thrive on seeing things that are not on the beaten path. Chocolate keeps me from being grouchy. Bacon makes me smile. I am quiet. Low maintenance. Early to bed and early to rise.
