Have lunch, always a culinary delight, at Thala Beach Nature Reserve with its fantastic Coral Sea Views just a 3 minute drive from SEAVIEWS Oak Beach.

Architecturally designed and very private large studio is built over a main house. The property itself is over 3.5 acres of land with expansive gardens, palm trees and rainforest. Perfect for a couple wanting a private and romantic tropical beach getaway. Your hosts live in the main house along with their 2 cats, Miss M.O.E. and Mr Neville Fluffbottom.

SEAVIEWS Oak Beach is a:
40 minute drive from Cairns airport along one of Australia’s most spectacular ocean roads
17 minute drive to Port Douglas - the road filled with views of the Coral Sea, cane fields and rainforest clad mountains

Your Hosts Richard & Marti have lived on this Oak Beach property for over 20 years and call it home. No over development, no light pollution, no noise pollution other than what Mother Nature offers, free flowing tropical flora and fauna, panoramic skyscape and Coral Sea views and steps from beautiful secluded beaches. Having enjoyed the property for all these years Richard & Marti want to share it with others, considering it a true tropical experience with complete privacy from the hustle and bustle commonly found in resorts or larger accommodation facilities found in Port Douglas or Cairns. Thus the development of SEAVIEWS Oak Beach. Richard & Marti are fond of saying: “Close enough to Cairns and Port Douglas but yet in a tropical world of its own that exhibits the best of this TNQ (Tropical North Queensland) experience. Originally Richard & Marti are from Novato, California and moved to Oak Beach Australia in 1998. They manage a successful Internet business marketing for accommodation providers and know the ins and outs of providing a great ‘home away from home’ experience in the tropics. They live on site in the main house with their 2 cats, Miss M.O.E. (Majesty Of Everything) and Mr Neville Fluffbottom. They welcome you to their private piece of tropical paradise.
