The rate for this listing does not include the parking fee. Please give us a 24-hr notice if you will be using the parking space. A Php 300.00/day (Php 6,00.00/month) will be charged.

1. Use of pool & gym is free for guests staying for 1 month or more.

2. If you are booking for 1 month or more, included in this booking fee is up to Php 3,000 (average rate) electric consumption per month. Guests will be responsible to cover the excess. Hosts will inform an Airbnb staff of this arrangement, and hosts and guests must agree to settle the difference when the electricity bill comes in on every 25th of the month.

Do not hesitate to book for over a month. My family has lived here for a 1-month period, and we have lived comfortably with this amount of electricity -- which only means turning off the AC & appliances that are not in use before leaving the condo. Basically, the way how we responsibly live in the comfort of our homes.

3. We may be able to accommodate a much earlier check in & later check out for FREE if it's only for an hour. Beyond this time, we will charge a Php 100.00 per hour.

4. We may able to accommodate an early luggage drop off WITHOUT CHARGE while our cleaner is setting up the place for you. Please let us know ahead of time. Luggage drop off can either be at this unit (in Tower 4) or in Tower 2.

5. Parking space is subject to availability.

6. Guest will be renting out the ENTIRE UNIT, which means guests will have a COMPLETE PRIVACY.

7. The building has a receptionist & a bellboy during office days/hours.

8. There is a 24-hour security all over the premises.
