This bright and cozy penthouse of 64m2 is located in a building without elevator of Sanlucar de Barrameda, Cadiz.

It is located 300 meters from La Playa de las Piletas, less than 5 minutes walking.
From the center, it would be about 20 minutes walk to the castle of Santiago for example.

In addition, it has a 50m2 terrace that will offer you beautiful views of the sea, the Playa de las Piletas and the Coto de Doñana.

The space
The building has no elevator and the apartment is on the 4th floor. Please, take this into account when booking.
