Located directly on Mollymook 18 hole championship golf course and only a short distance to the beautiful white sands of Mollymook Beach this beautifully decorated 2 bedroom/2bathroom downstairs apartmentis set in a very quiet area in Mollymook. There is plenty of room for 2 cars in the double garage with remote control access The lounge room spills out onto a lovely outdoor setting with gas BBQ overlooking the golf course. Two bottles of complimentarywine are included on arrival.



Tariffs

Minimum 2 night stay $350 (available all year around except peak season - Easter and Christmas)

Off Peak Rate: $550 per week

Mid Peak/School Holiday Rate: $850 per week

Easter: $1,145 per week

Christmas School Holidays: $1,650 per week (minimum 7 night booking)
