Located in a charming and classic "carioca" neighborhood, the apartment is centrally located, in the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro, close to the main tourist attractions (Copacabana, Centro, Lapa, Santa Teresa, Sugar Loaf, Christ the Redeemer, etc).

Surrounded by the wonderful Aterro do Flamengo park, the location has excellent public transportation (subway and bus) and great restaurants and bakeries/cafes (Carmelo Restaurante, Villa Rio Restaurante, Le Dépanneur, Armazém Carmelo, etc.), markets and nightlife options (Lapa, Santa Teresa, Jazz in Maya Café and Chorinho da Glória).
