The space
Arriving at the estate driving though an avenue of mature trees is the first clue that your somewhere very special.

The private park like grounds are home to many Georgian out buildings, the stone barn-stables-foundry & iron works.

Yours is the Coach House, a 30 metre long conversion to stylish farm house accommodation.

The kitchen/dining room is a vast and modern appointed space with room for everyone and a fantastic Falcon 6 burner three oven range. The kitchen/dining room is heated with an efficient fan forced gas heater, with simple on off operation.

The lounge is complete with leather sofas, smart TV and wood burner heater, wood supplied. Too chilly out... light a fire & snuggle down to watch a movie!

There is a powder room, laundry and full bathroom with spa bath on the ground floor.

The master room has a queen bed, generous walk in wardrobe and its own electric heating.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, its own electric heating, and is inter connecting with the third room.

The third room contains a king, and is independently heated.

**Important - the third room has no private access, that is you walk through bedroom 2 to access bedroom 3.

Outside there are private courtyards, and direct access to a large in-ground pool (not heated, yet refreshing) with garden furniture, a gas BBQ and shady trees wrapped by decades old hedges.

Vaucluse is set on the banks of the South Esk river with view out to Ben Lomond on a sunny day.
