The Townhouse is a free standing double brick three story home , featuring two large bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and spacious living all with original period features linked with a gorgeous original
Blackwood staircase between the multiple levels.

The bedrooms have luxurious king beds that can be separated into singles on request. You will find yourselves wanting to stay cuddled up in the soft 100% linen covers, listening to the sounds of Launceston as the light filters through the billowing sheer curtains.

A freshly modernised kitchen with all you need to cook up a culinary delight from locally sourced ingredients sits at the back of the property where the large double hung windows stream light. Open the door to a tastefully designed courtyard leading to a outdoor dining space, a perfect location to sip your evening G & T.

A cosy light filled central dining room just off the kitchen is the ideal place enjoy a home cooked meal and a glass of local wine around the oak dining table.

Upstairs featured an expansive living room with original features and a closed in verandah/sunroom that looks across at one of the Launceston's oldest churches and further along to leafy Princes Square Park. Unwind from your day of sightseeing or business on our comfy three seat sofa, or curl up with a good book on the day beds in the sunroom. Don't worry, if you'd prefer to lose yourself in a thrilling Netflix series of movie, the flatscreen TV will embrace your needs.

On the bottom floor the small laundry features a large washing machine for you to use at your peril.

Unfortunately does not have disable access and is not wheelchair friendly. There are many stairs inside.

Otherwise the house is completely yours to relax and unwind in.
