Condo Rosina is a newly renovated 1 Bdr condo, located on the fourth floor of the 3.14 Complex in Nuevo Vallarta. It overlooks the Sierra Madre and has a beautiful sunrise view.

Enjoy the condominium swimming pool, eat and shop in the commercial plaza on the ground floor or walk to the public beach 8 minutes away.

the building features a commercial plaza with several restaurants (Italian, Japanese, and more). A super popular Breakfast Restaurant, 2 cafes, bike rentals, a pilates studio, 2 beauty salons, a dental clinic, a pharmacy, and much more. It is located halfway between the El Tigre Golf Course and the 8 miles of Nuevo Vallarta beach. Close to Puerto Vallarta, Punta Mita, and Sayulita, local attractions include premier golfing, yoga, pilates, and wellness in general. But also Surfing, kite surfing, SUP, world-class river and ocean fishing, whale watching (wintertime), sea turtles nesting, shopping, and nightlife.

Nuevo Vallarta is an exclusive resort, great for a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city and extremely busy touristic places. Its 8 miles long beach is ideal for watersports and long walks. There are also 2 world-class golf courses and countless restaurants and bars to enjoy a drink with an ocean view. Puerto Vallarta is only 15 minutes away by car. Punta Mita can be reached in 30 minutes, while Sayulita is only a 40 minutes ride. Go whale watching during the wintertime, discover local fauna like Jaguars and Crocodiles in one of the many sanctuaries or enjoy Puerto Vallarta's nightlife.
