The space
It is located at Saekyung 956 Condominium in Looc, Lapu-Lapu City, just a 15-minute drive from Mactan International Airport.

This condo unit offers the following amenities: a double-sized bed with a pull-out bed, premium quality mattress, a working station, a 55-inch TV with Netflix, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a microwave, induction cooker, water kettle, refrigerator, and essential kitchen utensils. Additional amenities include towels and a water heater. The condo also features a 7-Eleven store within the vicinity for your convenience.

GUIDELINES OF SWIMMING POOL USE

1. Proper swimming attire is a must for using the swimming pool facilities.
2. Taking a shower before entering the pool is mandatory, and it is also advisable to take a bath with soap after leaving the pool.
3. Children under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult in swimwear.
4. In case of long hair, please ensure to put on a swimming cup before entering the pool.
5. Short term renters may use the swimming pool free of charge during weekdays for 2 people. Exceeding 2 people will need to pay PHP 100 each. Furthermore, short term renters may use the pool during weekends and holidays with a fee of PHP 100 per person.
6. Payment should be made to admin 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or via Guard assigned at gate if after 5 p.m.
7. Food and Beverages is not allowed in the pool area.
8. Diving is strictly prohibited as it can lead to injury.
9. The pool is only for swimming, any other fun play in the pool should be avoided.
10. Any person suffering from a known serious medical condition (e.g., heart disease, severe circulation problems, epilepsy, or respiratory problems) should not use the swimming pool.
Person under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted in the pool complex or in the surrounding area.



NO SMOKING POLICY

Please be reminded that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, including the bathroom and balcony.

A penalty fee of Php 5,000 will be charged for any violation of this policy.

If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking areas at the back of 7/11 or near the swimming pool entrance.
