living/dining rm, 48”smart/direct tv, fire place, 1 bdrm w private full bath, 40”smart/direct tv. 1 half bath, washer/dryer & garage.
The location is unparalleled to anything in W.Y.. The glass reflection of Duck Creek and the surrounding mountains are breathtaking. Beaver, trumpeter swans, ducks and geese make the experience surreal.

The space
Very clean, well maintained property.
Kitchen w/ fridge, electric stove top, oven, dishwshr, coffee pot, toaster oven, crock pot, waffle maker, George Forman grill and electric skillet. Living/dining area, with queen size futon, 20mbps unltd WiFi, 48”smart/Direct tv.
Fireplace in living room. Master bedroom with private full bath. Master has 40” smart/Direct tv.
Washer/dryer and garage with canoe’s for the lake.
In the summer you can go out in the canoes and catch 3 different species of trout. (Catch and release only) In the winter
you can snowmobile off the property and directly into the park.
The scenery looking off the back patch is breathtaking. This is a very unique location... you get the peaceful beauty of West Yellowstone without having to be in the crowds of people you would experience by staying in town.
The garage is shared with another separate cabin on the other side of the garage. Both cabins are completely separate with separate renters other than the shared garage.

This property sits on a 3 acre lot. You can see other homes across the lake, as well as on each side of the property… It’s an absolute picturesque location!
If you google “Duck Creek in West Yellowstone” you will see all of the different species of birds and mammals that live in our back yard... bring your binoculars so you can see them up close and personal!
