MITSUI Outlet Mall and Airport MRT A9 station are just 3 to 5 mins away by bus or Ubike.

If you are in the mood for plane spotting or a good night view of Taipei city, it only takes 10-15 mins drive to go to Dagu mountain. You can even hike a bit up there.
