The house has 3 sections.
The top floor has beautiful city views from the enclosed balcony.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom, kitchen, lounge balcony, downstairs there is another bedroom and ensuite.
The second area is the downstairs apartment that has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and laundry.
Then the third area is the self contained modern boat-shed, that has a kitchenette and bathroom.
