3.5 hours from the center of Paris or 2 hours from Lyon, in the heart of Burgundy, you will experience an authentic moment. A 120 m² Guest House completely renovated and adjoining the castle of the "La Tour Bricard" estate, an old fortress near the Morvan Natural Park and 40 km from the vineyards of Beaune.
Ideal place for a stay for families or couples, in search of nature and cultural discoveries. Quiet place, ideal for recharging and relaxing.

The space
In a country style and atmosphere, this 120 m² single-story Guest House will seduce you. Its large living room and equipped kitchen welcome you before accessing the bedrooms. After crossing the first bedroom with an authentic and rustic style and its bathroom, you will access the second bedroom with its warm wooden atmosphere, also equipped with a shower and toilet area.
The bedding is of high quality, 1 bed of 160 in the first bedroom and in the second bedroom you have 2 beds of 90, side by side to make a large bed, or 2 separate beds. Upon request, we will prepare the configuration that suits you, and you can also request an extra bed for a child or a cot for a toddler.
For your stay, a cleaning and laundry fee is applied. The cleaning fee is intended to pay a declared salary to the person in charge of this important work. Laundry work is done by a professional allowing you to enjoy perfectly clean linens. We do our best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, by hiring professionals to clean the linens and clean the house.
However, we do ask that:
For your checkout, the house and kitchen are in a suitable condition. Dishes should be done and put away.
Even if you paid a cleaning fee at the time of booking, this package was chosen for "normal" work. We appeal to your common sense to ensure the house is in a suitable condition after your stay ends. La Conciergerie du Morvan reserves the right to request an additional cleaning fee from Airbnb on the security deposit if we find a lack of respect in the use and occupation of the premises.

Guest access
You will be welcomed by Christophe from the Conciergerie du Morvan. You will access the "Tour Bricard" by a small access road from the road. After passing through a small gate you can park in the private parking lot of the property. Passing under a porch, you will access the courtyard of the estate. You will enter the Guest House through a double glass door overlooking the living room and kitchen area.

The pool is shared with the owners, in order to be able to meet everyone's private access, pool access times have been set up for stays: in the afternoon from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. But exchanges and contacts between people can lead to special arrangements during the stay.
