This character-filled apartment sits within a newly renovated art deco building and allows the true Manly lifestyle experience.

Access all that Sydney has to offer, just by walking 5 minutes (500m) to the Manly Ferry Wharf & 20 minutes to the heart of Sydney.

The space
This beautiful old art deco building has recently undergone a very nice refurbishment to the entrance and an elegant old staircase. A corner wrap around apartment with beach views from every room, you can expect to sit back and watch the waves and people as they enjoy the beautiful Manly beach. An open plan kitchen and living area with window seats and a small balcony provide a place from which you can be in the activity but the comfort of your own home. Recently fitted with 2 x 55 inch Smart TVs installed with Netflix.

Please note that while the Master bedroom with ensuite is amazing and quite luxurious the other 2 bedrooms are more basic and small. Very well suited to families whereby the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are occupied by children.

After 11 amazing years and the birth of our son Felix we have finally relocated back to original home in Sydney, Australia. During your stay

As the owner and part-time user of the property, I will be available via message and Airbnb messenger throughout your stay and will have local on-hand support if the need arises. The cleaners are booked to start cleaning after your departure at 10:00 am and will charge if they are not able to get in and clean. Please note that departing on time, leaving the parking permit on the kitchen counter and leaving the keys in the lockbox are the 3 things that have to be done on departure.
