Thanks for giving me a look. This is a shared 3 bedroom house with one dedicated for airbnb. There are 2 friendly dogs onscene. One house mate travels 50/50 so odds are may just be you & the dogs, but they are friendly. This is a quiet neighborhood that is friendly with2 parks in walking distance. I have a big fenced in backyard with huge covered patio light at night automatically. There is space heater outdoors and access to a grill. Dogs are indoors, wifi/network available & more. No smoking!

Dogs are indoors 95%, huge 120" projector in living room, wifi or network cable available. Mini fridge in your room with 32 inch tv. Your room also has a blackout blind and ceiling fan. All year heat or ac stays about 68-70.

Close to 3x major freeways/tollway, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby or in a easy drive away. Neighborhood is quiet with nice friendly hoa, and 2 schools but mainly outside rush hour you wouldn't know. If you drive parking available on street.
