Walking distance to Santa Cruz Wharf (home to Woodies on the Wharf, chili and chowder cook-offs, Wharf-to-Wharf 10K and much more), Monterey Bay Sanctuary Exploration Center and the famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Only two miles to UC Santa Cruz, enjoy scenic drives up the coast and towering redwoods a short distance north. Plenty of on-street parking directly in front of house in residential neighborhood.
