We offer a hotel deluxe style apartment with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The Stuidio is a large deluxe suite with full bathroom and kitchenette . We supply fast wifi ,fresh linnen and towels just like a hotel , so you can enjoy Yerevan in the day and sleep in comfort at night

The space
The Studio apartment is located 300 m from Republic Sqaure. xv cafe restaurant is located on the ground floor and accessed from the lifts on the 1st floor . The apartment is air conditioned for summer and heated for the winter months . The apartment comes with a smart lock to make check in / check out process easy for you .
.Also if you have freinds / Family members that want to book in the same building , I have another listing which is right next door and is connected with a metel door on the Terrace / balcony , if you choose to rent both apartments I can leave the door unlocked so you can share both terraces together, our other listing comes with a sofa bed with a comfertable matres topper which is a Studio with full kitchen and bathroom , fits two people .
