窗外就是上海有名的鲁迅公园,湖水、跑道、樱花、枫叶一应俱全。作为设计师的主人和你聊聊美学、艺术、人文人生。

The space
Situated in a two-bedroom apartment, your private guest room is furnished with brand-new amenities, including an ultra-comfortable queen-size sofa-bed, a neck-protector pillow, a small desk, and a clean wardrobe.

A private bathroom with shower, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel and slippers. Only the towel, better to bring your own:) Bosch washer and dryer are available. Just be careful not to make it wet while you taking a shower. (Please use the bath curtain.)

A shared open kitchen with water filter, kettle, microwave and an oven. Feel free to cook and use the refrigerator. Can also make tea or coffee here.

A large living room which I designed on my own. Apart from the modern, minimalist furniture, there are lots of paintings and some cute little stuff which hopefully will light up your day!

Dining area is just in front of TV. There are cushions on the carpet where you can sit while eating.

All utilities are in great condition. Full air conditioning / heating in the room and in the rest of apartment.

Almost forgot to say, the room has a great view over Luxun Park(one of the most large and beautiful parks in the city), just as what you can see on the pictures. You’ll love it!

Guest access
You have access to all you want - the rest of the apartment, the eat-in kitchen, the desk & books, the living room, your own private bathroom and bedroom of course.

Please make yourself at home!

P.s.Enter the apartment by coded lock. No need to worry about keys.

Other things to note
Please turn off AC and lights when you are heading out. Thx!

Please let me know in advance if you need an early check-in or late check-out. No problem with the luggage storage.

Anything at all that you are not sure about, if you are new to Airbnb for example, just ask and I will get back asap and clarify.

During your stay
I am a graphic designer who has been working and living in Shanghai for years.

I live in the other bedroom next to yours. I will be out for work in the day and come back at night. So you will have lots of privacy.

If you want to talk or need some advice for the trip, I’d always love to share and be your guide.

Sometimes when I’m free on weekend, I’d invite my friends to come over and cook together. And you are always welcome to join the dinner!!! Last Christams, we had roast chicken with my guest. It tasted not bad!!!

I hope to see you soon and I hope I can be part of your visit to this wonderful city.
