Refurbished in 2011 to a high standard and located on the raised first floor of a beautiful Victorian mansion block in a very nice and quiet area of Fulham.
The room is a good sized double bedroom, with a European king-size bed (160cmx200cm), brand new memory foam mattress (Sept 2023). This is my room and I only rent it when I am away therefore you will find clothes and personal belongings.

An additional guest is allowed at an extra cost of £60 per night.

You have access to the rest of the flat which includes kitchen, shared bathroom and living room. In the living room there is a brand new adjustable desk with a comfortable ergonomic chair that you are welcome to use.

You will be sharing with my current flatmate, a male professional in his early 40s. He’s been a friend of mine for 17 years.

Other things to note
Please remove your shoes before entering the bedroom.

No food or drinks are allowed outside the kitchen area.

If you have a carry-on suitcase, kindly avoid dragging it inside the bedroom to protect the floor.

You’re very welcome to use the kitchen — I just kindly ask that you avoid cooking anything too heavy or with strong smells.
