Thank you for your feedback, all feedback is useful in helping us please our guests at an affordable price. The carpet in the living/dining room has recently been replaced with laminate flooring and we hope to replace the bedroom carpets on our next visit. That said, I can not accept that the carpets and/or furnishings were dirty. The carpets may have some stains, in particular bleach stains, but they are not dirty, as they are thoroughly cleaned after each guest. It is a pity that this issue was not highlighted with the management company at the time, as they could resolved it. Since changing our management company we have had no similar complaints, as can be seen from other recent reviews.
Regarding the A/C, this also should have been raised with the management company. We do restrict how far a guest can adjust the settings (should a be able to reduce it to 72) as previously we had to replace the unit after a guest lowered it too far. Most guests find the current settings comfortable, but as stated there would have been no problem having it lowered by the management company if they were aware of the problem.
We do encourage all our guests to contact the management company if they encounter any problem. Finally, we hope that these issues did not overly impact on you enjoyment of our villa and that you will consider us for any future trips to the area.
