Private bedroom and bathroom in a brand new house in New Braunfels. 1 hr from Austin. Very quite and safe neighborhood. Free Wifi, personal TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, etc. Also feel free to use kitchen, laundry, main living area. I occupy the master bedroom on the first floor, the whole second floor is at your private disposal! But definitely feel free to use the kitchen, living area, laundry on the first floor too 😁
