During 2022 we are offering longer stays for a heavily discounted price because the street has a construction site next door.

The space
Modern clean surfaces , great lighting and an integrated indoor/outdoor living area are just some of the terrific features of this property. Hey Siri will get you connected to a great play list of cool Brazilian, rock or jazz to set the scene as you sip your Bondi brew, G+T, Acai or latte as you unwind from a day of surfing, walking, shopping, eating, sight seeing or just kicking back.

Located on the ground floor of this modern block, we are protected from the street noise but literally only meters away from the action.

As mentioned above however - in 2022 we are offering long stays because there is a construction site next door which can be noisy ( often not) and can be dusty. If you're out a lot during the day, it wont impact you at all and you get to enjoy the great location and lovely features and quirky collectibles inside this great space

There's a big screen TV with your favourite streaming services - Netflix and Stan on tap.

A comfy queen bed will ensure a perfect nights sleep and the large and comfortable lounge will take care of the rest.
