This prestigious property is an architectural masterpiece that integrates the original heritage-listed 1840’s Flour Mill worker’s cottages and 21st century craftsmanship and luxury, and included in the list of finalists for the 2020 History and Heritage Awards. It is set in a picturesque secluded rural setting surrounded by majestic gums and picturesque vineyards all visible from the large living spaces.

The space
The central location between historic Willunga, McLaren Vale and Aldinga Beach. It is the perfect place to unwind and explore the McLaren Vale wine region, famous for its world class wines and culinary experiences and the Fleurieu Peninsula pristine beaches just minutes away. The well-known Star of Greece café at beautiful Port Willunga beach and the weekly Willunga Farmer’s Market at the Willunga township on Saturdays are within 10 minutes’ drive and the Adelaide CBD only 45 minutes’ drive.

There are 3 double bedrooms with beautifully framed wooden windows and slate floors and a TV/entertaining room with adjacent workspace.
