This gorgeous apartment is in the Lighter Quay complex, right on the water overlooking the boats in the viaduct marina. with a indoor/outdoor balcony and flow you can enjoy the views rain or shine. The apartment has been newly refurbished with a beautifully lush and homely feel. With sun beaming into every room and the city and waterfront on your doorstep what more could you want?

The space
The dried florals in the outdoor space have been foraged by from the west coast beach of Piha, just under an hour's drive from here. It is a beach characterised by wild surf and beautiful black sand, which sparkles because of the volcanic iron in it. If you look closely you may see a speck or two of it still on the installation!

The photographic art prints throughout the apartment are shot by a young local photographer - Rachel Mataira. Rachel recently won "Young Photographer of the Year" for her shot 'Solo Sailor', which is the photo above the sofa. The photo in the master bedroom is of the beach at Mount Maunganui near Tauranga and the hallway photo was taken above St Georges Bay pontoon in Parnell (about 10 minutes drive from here).
