Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Our home is on the Barmera Golf Course adjacent to the 15th green. It was our home but now the children have left and we are retired, we have transformed it into our holiday home. We love to play golf and tennis and enjoy skiing on Lake Bonney, which is a short drive away.
Our yard flows on to the golf course and the birds, lizards and kangaroos are frequent visitors.
Our place is an ideal place to relax with family and friends.

The space
There is a Tesla electric car charger. There is parking for many cars and boats. There are 3 parks on the concrete driveway and there is a circular driveway at the front of the house. There is also a driveway at the rear of the home.
We supply all the linen and have body wash and shampoo in each bathroom. It has fully ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning.

Guest access
The whole house is available for guests and there is an outdoor area with a deck, Weber, chairs , tables, fire pit and a chimenea.

Neighbourhood highlights

Barrmera is a lovely country town set on the shores of Lake Bonney. The population is 3000 and the main street has a supermarket which is open from 7am to 7pm 7 days a week. The bakery is terrific and there are a variety of small shops including a newsagent, auto parts, hairdresser and electronics store. There is a medical clinic and chemist.
The Barmera Hotel has meals as does the Barmera club which overlooks the lake. There are several cafes. We would highly recommend the Taste of the Riverland , The food is honestly but you can't be in a rush. The Bluebird Cafe on the lake doesn't look flash but the menu is great.

Have always loved the beach and we finally bought my dream house! We split our time between country South Australia and Glenelg and would love to share our great location with visitors to Adelaide! We are keen travellers and have really enjoyed staying in unique places rather than hotels. I am a keen sailboarder and we love riding bikes so Glenelg is perfect for us.
