Light art deco apartment has a good kitchen with European appliances. Look out on the lush magnolia trees lining this quiet cul de sac. A step away, discover the chic bars, coffee and restaurants of Potts Point plus supermarkets & organic food stores.

The space
The 40 sq m apartment has polished floorboards throughout the large living and dining area. A cosy sleeping alcove, (with new Sealy Posturpedic double bed), and separate study alcove provide plenty of space for one or two. The bathroom has fantastic hot water, a deep bath and a rain shower head. Perfect after a day exploring Sydney.

There isn’t a lift, but the carpeted stairs to the second floor don't take long. The block is secure and well cared for. It’s very quiet too.
