Beautiful area
This home is in a scenic location.
Located midway between Bondi Beach and Watsons Bay – this cozy modern apartment has all the comforts. Perfect for one, two or three guests with room for a fourth if you need.
Easily accessible by bus and we are meters from the most spectacular ocean views where you can literally whale watch during the migration season ( Oct to Dec )
Set up for summer guests – it’s your perfect Sydney HQ – with quick access to all the hot spots ( Bondi City Watson Bay) whilst enjoying the calm of Diamond Bay.
The space
You have exclusive access to the apartment during your stay - including one master bedroom (with king size bed), one spacious bathroom with shower + bath tub, open plan kitchen and living room areas including small balcony and seating area.
The apartment building is located just meters from two beautiful parks - both overlooking the sparkling Pacific Ocean. You can walk along the cliff face towards Bondi in one direction and Watsons Bay in the other.
The apartment boasts all the creature comforts - a fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, modern fridge, plates, pans and more , free Wi-FI plus Foxtel and Optus Sports package, private bathroom, shared laundry room with our own washing machine and dryer.
The building has security doors at the entry and is surrounded by a grassy park.
Walk down the street 100 meters and you will be able to watch the whales migrating south and enjoy the coastal vista of the rockface which is just north of Bondi. If you have children, there is a great play area in one of the parks

The whole apartment is yours for your stay. We have set it up as a summer rental so you will have exclusive use of all facilities and be able to come a go as you please.
Other things to note
The apartment is in a residential building so we appreciate that you understand that excessive noise will impact our neighbours. Please ensure noise is kept to a reasonable level.
There is a security door on the property - so its very safe and secure for you and your friends or family

The immediate area suits singles/friends/couples/families looking for a pure Sydney experience. You're in close proximity to the buzz of Bondi and the city - but will enjoy the calm of Diamond Bay with its access to green open spaces and proximity to the ocean. Several parks , swimming spots and beaches are nearby as well as huge range of great cafés, restaurants, libraries, supermarkets, liquor stores etc.
