Where you’ll be

Ranelagh, Tasmania, Australia

Ranelagh and Huonville are considered the gateway to the south of the state. You can enjoy many beautiful roads trips with apple orchards and farms with lots of places to stop and explore.
Locally, discover the beautiful wines and cuisine of Home Hill Winery and the pastries of Summer Kitchen Bakery.
Geeveston, filming location of 'Rosewood' is only 30 minutes drive and is full of quirky shops and cafes.
Cygnet, art central, is a 25 minute drive and the shops and festivals are worth checking out. The Cygnet Folk Festival in January is not to be missed.
There are numerous local markets with locally grown and made products. Of course, only 30 minutes drive away is the famous Salamanca Market in the heart of Hobart City.
There is plenty of cider to try and cafes to visit. Just 10 mins from the accomodation is Willie Smith's Apple Shed with delicious food and home grown apples and cider. They have an incredible Cider festival in Winter that is fun for the whole family.
There is so much to see and do!
