The space
Well-presented and ideally located only 1 minute from Torquay’s new Dunes Shopping Village, this brand new beach house is ready to welcome guests. A 3 minute drive will see you arriving at pristine White’s Beach, or a little further to family friendly Cosy Corner or Torquay Back Beach. Scores of waves are on offer for experienced surfers all the way to the famed Bells Beach and beyond.

On arrival, you will note this is property is part of a newly developed area, located within walking distance of Torquay North’s cafe, restaurants, wine bar, bakery & supermarket. These conveniences are ideal for couples, business travellers and families who don’t want to be in the car the whole time.

The entry leads to a sunny, open plan living area. Comfortable and well-appointed, this communal entertaining space features floor to ceiling windows and glass sliding doors to a north-facing alfresco area with outdoor wicker lounges, a BBQ and lawn. The view of the grasslands & birdlife will be maintained, as no further development will occur on this green space. Ocean views to Pt Lonsdale lighthouse, and Arthur’s Seat beyond, can be enjoyed from the boundary fence line (please note this is a wire fence, and therefore not fully secure for children – you will need to watch them. The sides of the property are fully fenced).

A fully stocked, brand new kitchen with entertainer's island bench and 900mm oven has everything you will need to prepare meals, with a butler’s pantry housing the toaster, kettle, dishwasher and other essentials.

A small dining table and bean bag are in an adjacent room, providing a space for a game of cards or a board game after a day exploring or being at the beach. A huge L-shaped lounge

suite is a comfortable place to enjoy conversations or chill out and watch a movie. Foxtel and WIFI are included.

This home has three Queen bedrooms. The master is located away from the minor bedroom wing, with a WIR & en-suite including shower, toilet & vanity. The other two bedrooms are zoned with a sliding door hallway, with a family bathroom (shower/bath/vanity), separate toilet and laundry. A portable baby cot is also provided (BYO bedding/sheets).

All rooms are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and towels. We have done all we can to make your stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible.

Utilities offered include a laundry with washing machine, remote control lock up garage (to be opened from inside – remote not to be removed), and ducted heating and cooling for year round comfort.

This new Torquay home is conveniently located within walking distance to parks, restaurant, cafes & supermarkets, with local beaches a short drive away.

Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51). Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.

Torquay is 1 hour 15 mins by car from Melbourne.
