The cottage is located at the first floor of the dovecote. It is composed of an arched room used as a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. A sofa in in the living room can be used as a bed . The cottage gives on a patio and and a small garden, independent from the main house.
You have unlimited access to the swimming pool.

A spacious (25 m²) vaulted room will welcome you for peaceful nights, a living room with exposed beams, and also a kitchen with washing machine, gas cooker, fridge and microwave oven and a bathroom.
There is a private terrace with wrought iron table and chairs for dining outside and sun loungers for a nap. The terrace overlooks a French garden.
The cottage has an independent access with possibility to park the car. You will not have any car parking worries that can also accommodate a trailer.
There is a wifi connection.
The property is surrounded by farmland and landscape, we are in the countryside while being 10 minutes from the city and its amenities.
Le Luc-en-Provence is ideally located in the center of Var, in the heart of the Plaine des Maures nature reserve and at the foot of the Massif des Maures.
- the beaches of Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime, Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël are +/- 35 min.
- the massifs of L'Estérel, Sainte-Baume, Montagne Sainte-Victoire, Calanques de Cassis, Gorges du Verdon and Lac de Sainte-Croix are at +/- 1h.
For the sportsmen, many equestrian centers and the circuit of the Var which are close to our property.
Guests can relax on the edge of the family swimming pool and enjoy the bambouseraie area where you can read or drink an aperitif or take a stroll around the property. We will give you a plan to guide you. Pedestrian signs dot the property.
Interaction with guests
We are on site and can answer as many questions as possible about the surroundings, walks to be made or practical questions.
Other things to note
We are farmers, we produce saffron and we make jams and jellies with the fruits of the property.
The property has been in the family for 200 years, we know its history and we can tell you if local history and architectural and landscape heritage interests you.
