The space
The Hale Ho'oli is a brand new luxury home in the pristine Kukui'ula neighborhood. The house is designed in a plantation style with a modern twist. There are 4 bedrooms in the main house, one of which is a bunk room with 2 full size beds and two twins. The other 3 bedrooms all have king sized beds and all of the bedrooms have a personal full bathroom. The fifth bedroom is a private Ohana adjacent to the garage with a king sized bed, flat screen TV, and personal bathroom.

It's a quick 5-minute drive or a short walking/biking distance to some of Kauai's most amazing beaches in world-renowned Po’ipū, on the South Shore of Kaua'i. Known for sunny days and beautiful weather, it’s also rich in cultural attractions and outdoor adventures.

The Shops at Kukui’ula is a casual walk/bike ride away, accessible by a private coral rock pathway between the community and the shopping center.

In less than 5-minutes by car, you can arrive at The Shops' restaurants (Merriman’s, The Dolphin Po’ipū, Eating House 1849) and shops (Tommy Bahamas, Tori Richard, Lululemon). As well as a small market store with fresh produce and fine wine selections, and art galleries showcasing local artists.

Enjoy a Culinary Market experience every Wednesday 3:30-5:30pm and a Kanikapila (Hawaiian music jam session) every Friday 6:30-8:30pm.
