This newly renovated 2 storey bijou property is located in a converted garage and located just a short walk from the seafront, Walmer green & all local amenities.

Prepare to be surprised as you step inside the smart wooden gates of this former garage in York Road set just one street back from the popular Walmer Green & famous Deal seafront.

The space
We have created a comfortable, modern property over two floors. There is a stylish, fully equipped kitchen & cosy living/dining area on the ground floor, stairs lead you up to the double bedroom & compact bathroom.

Wooden floors flow throughout & the fresh decor & modern lighting will add to the enjoyment of your stay.

Access to the property is through large wooden gates which lead you onto a large, private inner, courtyard which guests are welcome to use.

One step leads you through the front door which has an interesting portico made from salvaged beams from original boat timber, there are also beams in the upper bedroom which are an interesting reminder of the former use of the space.

The Old Garage Cottage is a contemporary property perfect for couples or single people looking for a modern & quietly located property that is just a short walk to the busy seafront & Walmer Green Deal high street.

* Please note, the Old Garage Lodge is located directly next door to the Old Garage Cottage & sleeps up to 4 people, in 1 double bedroom & a sofa bed in the living room - You may wish to book both properties if you have a larger group
