1. The entire 2-story Villa 4500 sq/ft floor plan.
2. The Private Infinity Pool & Hot tub area.
3, Front & Back Lanai's and Decks.
4. The free-standing BBQ Pit.
5. Front and North side (Beach/snorkel gear) lawns.
6. Main, Front & Exit driveways. The Exit driveway (gravel) is shared with Owner.

The Owner has a private cottage home + an business office, located away and on the opposite South side of the property. These are NOT accessible to guests.
The Owner shares the EXIT driveway (gravel) only.
Phone contact info - is listed on the Welcome Board located on the front lanai.

FYI - this private HOSTED Villa home is NOT shared space, Nor, do we rent out rooms.
Only one guest family stays at-a-time, that's our policy.

Other than our Weekly Pool service & Landscapers, No One Else is Authorized access to the property, including Neighbor's, nor, their agents.

We take our guest's privacy & security seriously. Contact us immediately SHOULD any issue or problem arise, as that is the guests responsibility to do so.

Update 2021
* Security Deposit (SD) - a separate SD (totally refundable) is required.
The SD is required to cover any extra charges/fee's (Pool / Hot tub / extra cleaning or extra guests, and any significant household incidental's, not covered by AirBnB.
* For guest safety reason's, we now feature security cameras that overlook both driveways down to the street level.
