Welcome to Casa Y Mas, our very own holiday home!
For years, we have been looking for that one, perfect place to spend a holiday with our 6 children. A place where we could enjoy ourselves, explore the beautiful surroundings and a place where we could be at ease, finding peace. So we created Casa Y mas.
On one side of the villa, we have 3 bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms. Going through the living room you’ll reach 4 bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms The villa is also completely wheelchair accessible.
The space
Swim in the Mediterranean at Playa Salduna and walk home to alfresco dinners at this modern villa near Marbella. Acquired by new owners in 2017 and completely renovated, the home features expansive outdoor living areas and soothing interiors that meld contemporary lines, high-end fixtures, and rustic Andalucian accents. The prime location on the Costa del Sol is just minutes from San Pedro de Alcantra and the A-list scene at Puerto Banus.
Surrounded by lush gardens and cypress trees, the estate offers ample room for sun-soaked fun, cool relaxation, and special celebrations with loved-ones. The swimming pool is framed in a wide lawn gazing out at sweeping mountain vistas, while the shaded veranda with dining table is perfect for an epic Spanish lunch.
Gourmet travelers will appreciate the wood-fire grill adjacent to the fully equipped open kitchen. Plentiful glass doors allow the home to breathe the sea-kissed air, with a patio or terrace off every room. A fireplace in the lounge keeps you toasty at night over bottles of local wine.
Developed in the 1970s as a resort destination, Puerto Banus has become perhaps the most exclusive resort destination on the Costa del Sol, with a St.-Tropez-esque blend of superb dining, world-class boutique shops, and lavish yachts. For a more authentic taste of the cultures of Andalucia and Malaga, drive about 8 kilometers from the villa to San Pedro Alcántara.
