The maisonette offers ground floor access on to West Kirby's main high-street with living accommodation on the 1st and 2nd floors and a ground floor laundry room with access to the rear parking bay . As a result of being in the centre of town guests should expect some road noise, however the property is double glazed throughout to ensure that any noise is not intrusive.

The front of the accommodation overlooks Sandlea Park, across from the main road. The rear of the accommodation overlooks the Train Station and Grange Hill.

Guests will be greeted on arrival and shown around the accommodation. The guest accommodation for this listing is the entire 2nd floor. The host accommodation is on the 1st floor, including a separate bathroom.
Guests can be assured of space and privacy on the 2nd floor and are welcome to make full use of communal areas such as the lounge, kitchen and laundry room. I'm happy to interact as little or as much as you wish! I'm always available to call on my mobile if there are any problems during your stay or you need any advice.

Whilst there is no additional charge for infants if you wish to use the travel cot there is a one-off additional charge of £10.

As a fully furnished home I ask that guests treat the accommodation and our neighbors with respect. Noise should be kept to a minimum overnight and the accommodation should be kept clean and tidy.
Check-in is after 16:00 local time and checkout is by 11:00 AM local time unless otherwise agreed in advance.
