Immerse yourself in this north facing peaceful apartment with Pittwater/ocean glimpses and spacious living. Basic, clean with a quirky air ,you will enjoy a separate bedroom, open plan living with kitchenette, dining area and lounge, and separate bathroom. Sip your coffee in the private garden or head to one of the many great cafés literally on your doorstep. Perfect for a weekend getaway and just a stone’s throw from the beautiful beaches of Bilgola, Avalon and Palm Beach.
The space
Our light, airy north-facing apartment is below the main house, yet private and peaceful. With original features, this apartment is clean, spacious and equipped with all the basics. One of the iconic “mud-brick” homes in the area, the apartment opens onto a private garden with Pittwater and Ocean glimpses and a peaceful leafy outlook. You will love the bright airy space, the range of eclectic books to peruse and the musicians creative vibe of the space.
The huge bedroom has a double bed with comfy duvet and extra blankets for those with cold feet. The kitchenette has an eat-in table, electric hob and microwave. There is also a full-sized fridge, water purifier and compost bin. The large lounge area has two seating areas with comfy sofa’s, second dining table, internet enabled TV and a desk. One of the sofa’s can convert into a sofa bed for extra guests or as a second bed.
The bathroom has a shower and is light and spacious. The toilet is conveniently separate!
While the property doesn’t have parking, there is plenty of on-street parking in the area. Please make sure you park away from the double white lines as the local ranges are quite vigilant, especially over the weekends.
As a Cushie property we provide quality linen and towels, Aurora hair and body products and try to give back by supplying Who Gives a Crap loo paper.
Other things to note
It's worth noting that the walk down from the road is about 30 metres and has a few stairs. It also passes by the owner’s entrance. If you are arriving at night, we will endeavour to have the lights on for you, else please take care (and use your phone torch!) as the steps can be a little narrow in places.
