Guest access
The condo is located on the THIRD floor accessible by stairs only. There are no elevators or ramps. Guests maintain sole access to entire condo unit, except for owner's closet and HVAC closet where access is restricted. For corporate renters: unfortunately, there are no commercial vehicles such as utility trucks or pipe trucks allowed on the premises.

Safety & Responsibility: While we do our best to provide a safe and comfortable environment, please note that the Owner and Condo Association cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, or property damage that may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. The Owner and Condo Association now requires submission of a short-term lease agreement signed by guests staying for longer than thirty days.
Care & Use of the Home: We kindly ask that you treat the condo and its amenities with care. Please use all appliances and fixtures as intended so that they remain in great condition for you and future guests to enjoy.
Entertainment & Streaming: The family room features a 65-inch Vizio Smart TV with free access to a variety of non-cable streaming channels, including options for news and movies. If you’d like to access your favorite cable or subscription services, feel free to log into your personal accounts (like YouTube TV, Apple TV, or Hulu) directly on the Smart TV.
