Set in beautiful gardens, deck with BBQ. Quiet rural surrounds, only 3.5 km from Mole Creek centre and centrally located to many major Tasmanian attractions.

The space
Our newly renovated boutique apartment has hard wood floors, a wood fire heater, Smart TV, unlimited NBN WiFi. The kitchen is complete with built in oven and stove top, fridge, microwave, coffee pod machine, slow cooker and more. The apartment sleeps 2 with a King bed or twin King Singles (twin share must be requested at time of booking) in the main bedroom area. A sofa in the living area. The bathroom is modern and has a large walk in double shower with a rain head shower plus a combination rail shower. The views around the property and from the rooms take in the hills and mountain ranges on two sides including The Great Western Tiers. The front deck and the seating areas throughout the gardens allows you to sit outside and take in the spectacular views with a glass of wine or cup of tea or enjoy the bbq and the peace and tranquility of this location. The beautiful gardens and 6 acres of land that surround the house allow you to explore and meet our friendly animals, miniature goats, sheep, chickens and our two dogs.

We can also provide a portacot on request.

A laundry is available, behind the apartment for you to use for free.

The apartment is one of two on the property, (the second one has a freestanding bath and separate shower cubicle.). The apartments are attached to the end of the main house in which we live. You have a seperate private entrance at the opposite end of the house to us.

Guest access
The whole apartment is available just for you and is accessed by key safe so no need to check in or out. You also have direct access to the deck and gardens plus communal laundry.

Other things to note
We are an unstaffed accommodation and entry is based on a key safe code which will be available on arrival.
We have 3 friendly dogs on the property, if you see a white fluffy border collie x type dog he does bark at everything, to say hello, to let me know someone is here, to say he's happy, etc, but he is a big softy and just wants a scratch under the chin. We also have 4 miniature goats plus a new baby kid, 4 sheep, 3 lambs and 10 chickens. We are situated in a rural setting which is very peaceful, but we are only 3.5 km to the centre of Mole Creek with its grocery store, petrol station, pub, Post Office and eateries.

Quiet, rural, relaxing with stunning views. Close to Wychwood Gardens, Trowunna Wildlife Park, Melita Honey Farm, Mole Creek Caves and The World Heritage area of Mole Creek Karst National Park, Alumn Cliffs State Reserve and The Great Western Tiers walks. We are “literally” just down the road from a walk up to the top of the Tiers and within easy reach of The Walls of Jerusalem National Park and Cradle Mountain World Heritage areas. Liffey Falls and The Great Lakes area. The Town of Deloraine is an easy 20 minute drive away and there you can find a large Woolworths supermarket as well as several eateries and a variety of shops and attractions. Mole Creek offers several places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and within a short drive you can sample the local hot smoked Salmon at 41 Degrees South Salmon farm, numerous cheeses at Ashgrove Cheese, all things Raspberry at the Raspberry Farm restaurant and Anvers Chocolates at their factory on the way North to Devonport.
