This exclusive property offers private waterfront views of the sought-after surf break, Tavares Bay, with sandy beaches within a 3 minute walk away. Conveniently located near the historic Paia Town's boutique shops and restaurants, it provides easy access to the area's hiking trails, surf spots, and pristine white sand beach for an unforgettable retreat.

Within a short distance, you'll discover sandy beaches perfect for sunbathing and swimming, and nearby world-class surf, windsurf, and kiteboarding spots. The location is also conveniently close to numerous attractions like the awe-inspiring Haleakala crater, the captivating road to Hana, enchanting rainforest hikes, and cascading waterfalls.

The villa boasts awe-inspiring 180-degree ocean views from a wrap-around deck and private grassy lawn, complemented by a wet bar, a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a 6-burner gas stove and oven. Four bedrooms with plush California king mattresses and two bathrooms across the first and second stories ensure a restful stay. Additionally, king bedrooms are furnished with flat-screen TVs. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

The charming cottage features high open-beam ceilings, two bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchenette, and amenities like internet/wifi, a Master bedroom with a King Size Bed and Roku TV, and an additional bedroom with a queen size bed, offering a cozy retreat for up to 4 guests.

Outside, the private pool area beckons with inviting lounge chairs, tables, and seating. Stay connected with the provided Internet/WIFI and enjoy a 30-foot private grass front lawn complete with a seating area and a gas BBQ grill. Laundry facilities are available, and ample onsite parking is provided.

Within our property, you'll discover a charming grassy lawn that overlooks the mesmerizing ocean view, complete with six comfortable lounge chairs and two outdoor BBQs to enhance your experience. The pool area offers four more lounge chairs and two tables, each paired with two chairs for your utmost relaxation.

Please be aware that the property is situated along a cliff's edge with rocky ocean views below, making swimming in this area not recommended. The edge does not have a fence, so families with young children should take this into consideration when booking.

However, just a short 4-minute walk away, you'll find the delightful Tavares Bay, a sandy beach perfect for swimming and abundant with turtles, making it an ideal spot for families. Please exercise caution when walking from the property to this beach as it involves crossing a main road.

Paia, Hawai'i is one of the communities that make up the north shore of Maui. Paia is a funky little town which has managed to retain a lot of it's character from the sugar plantation days. Recreational activities include hiking, fishing, sailing, snorkeling, swimming, surfing, scuba diving and more. Golfers have many excellent courses to choose from.
Beaches in Paia
The best place to surf and to watch the surfers — board and/or wind — is at Ho'okipa, located just a couple of miles past the center of Paia on the road to Hana.
If you are seeking a more traditional — and safer — family-oriented ocean experience, visit Baldwin Beach Park, located on the road from Kahului as it approaches Paia.

Sightseers can visit beaches, art galleries and the awe inspiring Haleakala National Park. The park, which covers a large portion of the island of Maui, encompasses Haleakala volcano and protects the scenic pools of Oheo Gulch, and the unique and delicate ecosystems of Kipahulu Valley.

The culinary options are varied, both in style and price. Mama’s Fish House, located beachside on the outskirts of town, tops many “best of Maui” lists with a price tag to match. Other popular and tasty dining options include the Paia Fish Market, Flatbread Company, Cafe de Amis, Kuau Store, and Paia Bay Coffee.
