The old rectory was the rectory to jacobstow 16th century church nearby.laylines meet at the church,its a very peaceful small village and is only 10 mins from 2 beaches widemouth bay and crackington haven,a few minutes drive is a petrol garage on the a39 with a shop and another village store and pub,
15 mins on the way to bude is morrisons and lidl oppisite each other on the a39 roundabout into bude.
