An Old Waterfront Florida home well maintained (recently renovated)and is the BEST location in the area to access the 10,000 Islands and the Everglades National Park. Private property with parking for trucks with boat trailers. A fishermans dream and some of the best kayaking and canoeing trails just across Chokoloskee Bay. Fish day or night(snook light) from the dock with lots of wildlife, bird viewing, dolphins swimming by so close you can hear them. It is location location location!

The space
We are surrounded by the Everglades National Park on Chokoloskee Island. It is the gateway to the Park and this rental is the best location for immediate access to some of the best fishing the area has to offer. Lots of Kayaking trails near by. Anything water related this is the place to stay!

Guest access
Located 3 miles south of Everglades City on 29. When you come onto Chokoloskee Island do not make any turns, go thru the 4 way stop sign up over a small hill to the end on the right is a private drive thru the pine trees. Follow the drive to the waters edge the address is 395 Smallwood Drive / Chokoloskee, FL 34138.
