Newly renovated house in the center of idyllic Orissaare village. The house has a beautiful open space, Scandinavian interior design and a huge terrace to enjoy your days and evenings, opening to a private back yard.

You will enjoy the privacy of the house and the back yard but within 5-10 minute walk you will have everything you need - a supermarket, beautiful forrest and out-of-this world sunsets and swimming spot on the secluded Illiku island.

The house is suitable for year-round stays.

The space
Downstairs you will find a well-equipped open kitchen and living room, a bathroom and bedroom with double bed.

On the second floor there is the master bedroom , a hall with a sofa bed and a balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun.

The house is comfortable for friends, couples and families with kids in every age.

The house has great insulation and a fireplace, electrical heating in the bedrooms as well as a heat pump so the house can be used for stays year-round.

Orissaare is a beautiful rural village just off the bridge connecting Muhumaa and Saaremaa, 20 minute drive from the marina. It's a perfect base to explore both islands. You get the local charm of a small village but you'll also have convenience of having several cafes, a gas station and a yacht marina nearby. One of the main attractions is the Illiku Iland, hosting several swimming spots, a yacht marina with seasonal cafe and amazing sunsets views 360 degrees.
