Traditional 200 year old riad, original noble residence of a judge, 5 suite-style top rooms with own toilet, bathroom / air conditioning in traditional Tadelakt style, newly renovated in the heart of the medina, 2 minutes to the souks, only 500m to the place Jamma el Fna. Absolutely quiet and safe, at the end of a small cul-de-sac. Patio with small clean pool for refreshment, living room / fireplace, 2 terraces / pergola with high terrace and fantastic views over the whole city & high Atlas.

The terrace room has a large glass front and a private terrace with a unique view of the sunset over Marrakech. The private roof terrace is planted with cactus bugainvilies and flowering lianas and has a large glass front and comfort su beds with thick mattresses so you can sleep under the stars of Marrakech sky, because in our area it is very quiet except for the neighbors' birds or roosters or sometimes you hear the call of the muezzine. It is decorated in a traditional style with artfully painted Marakchi-style furniture. Own shower and toilet belonging to the room but 4 meters from the room on the terrace.
Our riad is located in the very heart of the medina of Marrakech, very quiet and safe. Rich breakfast for 3 € and royal breakfast with cereals and fruit salad for 4 €. We serve cold and hot drinks in the patio or on the terrace. Although the house has a pleasant living climate thanks to its meter-thick walls, if it should nevertheless be too cold or too warm, we can switch on the air conditioning or heating for 5 euros per day for the well-being of our guests. (Electricity is very expensive in Morocco because it is mainly made from regenerable resources). This makes our house one of the few "year round" in this price category. Free internet and TV in the living room and on the terrace are of course free of charge.
Patio with small clean, filtered pool to refresh after a busy day in the city, living room with TV and fireplace, guest computer, printer, free wifi in the lounge and on the terrace (However, reception is not always good in all rooms because of the thick walls). Two large roof terraces, one with pergola and high terrace with unparalleled views over the entire city and the high Atlas. Comfortable sun beds and umbrellas on the terrace at leisure for our guests.
What organize reliable transfer from the airport (15 €daytime/20€ nighttime) bus and train tickets, convey other accommodations in Morocco and excursions ( Essaouira, desert, oases, trekking). We are insiders and give you valuable information in English as a PDF in advance and we know the best and most typical and cheapest restaurants, clubs and even a hidden local beer garden in the middle of Guiliz. We also arrange good and cheap car rental
In short, we will make your start in Marrakech as easy and enjoyable as possible.

During your stay
I myself am often in Marrakech, but Lucien and Zineb, a young Moroccan, lovingly take care of our guests, make a delicious breakfast, organize reliable airport transfers or trips to the desert, the mountains or the sea. Both are excellent cooks and prepare delicious African or Moroccan dishes on pre-order. Zineb also offers cooking classes. We also have an interesting little library of books that are interesting for morocco-travelers. I'm always on the phone to ask questions.
