Perched above the Indian Ocean, St Joan’s Cottage is a 1970s Fibro cottage where time seems to slow. Wake to birdsong, sip your morning coffee overlooking the sea, spend lazy afternoons in the garden and end the day watching spectacular sunsets from the back deck.

LOCATION & SETTING

Nestled on the hill in Drummond Cove, just 12km north of Geraldton, St Joan’s offers ocean views

There are no cafés, bars or restaurants within walking distance — this is a quiet, residential coastal pocket.

Late-night snacks, meals and fuel are available at the nearby 440 Roadhouse (open 24/7) and Sunset IGA is just down the road.

Your booking includes the whole house - which includes a back yard that overlooks that amazing Indian Ocean..space out front big enough to pull in boats or caravans. We also have a shed that you can lock up at well. I have planted out the gardens with Western Australian native plants - these are just small now but will be full size in no time. Drummond Cove is a very quiet little suburb north of the Geraldton CBD about 12 minutes from town, restaurants, cafes and cinema. About 5 min drive to the the local Sunset IGA which has a supermarket, a chemist, newsagent, bottleshop, hairdresser and a cafe open till 8pm most nights (supermarket, bottleshop, chemist)

Other things to note
Due to the vintage / delicate furnishings our home is not suitable for children under 5

As I do not provide cots etc, but of course if you travel with your own equipment for babies etc please discuss with me prior to booking as i am sure we can come to some arrangement.

Pets are assessed on a case by
case basis - please do not just presume you can bring your dogs and cats with you -unless you have requested it - pet fees apply

Note - a 7 night minimum applies for the Xmas week
