Churchlands is a converted barn offering Bed &Breakfast with 1 double and 1 Family room on a quiet country lane leading to a few farms and houses further down the road. It enjoys a peaceful rural location with splendid views over the Hertfordshire countryside with the adjacent fields used for horse livery and sheep grazing. Guests have the use of the Hot Tub and heated outdoor swimming pool. There are riding stables next door to the property with golf and National Trust sites within 5 miles.

The space
For those that enjoy walking Bromyard Downs are nearby with the Malvern Hills about 20 mins drive. it is also ideally located for The Hay Festival and the Three Choirs Festival when held in Hereford or Worcester which are each circa 20 minutes drive. The National Trusts Brockhampton Court is also close by. There are good restaurants and pubs both in Bromyard and the surrounding countryside and for those that want to get on the water your hosts also run a Narrowboat Hire business boats can be hired subject to availability.This double room is located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool and hot tub. As a bed and breakfast property there are no facilities for the cooking, warming or preparation of your own food at the property.

Working in the Construction, Care & Leisure industries we have traveled extensively in the Caribbean, Europe, the Far and Middle East working for several years overseas. Interested in Cricket, Tennis and Rugby our real passion has always been for sailing and we have completed several transatlantic yacht crossings with Terry as skipper and Carol as Crew/Host. Boats have always played a central part in our lives and for some time Terry skippered large trip boats on the Sharpness Canal for the disabled later becoming involved in the construction of narrowboats specifically built for use by the disabled. I hope that our experience in the leisure sector and our own experience when travelling will lead to a first class stay for our guests.
