This private, large 35 foot 5th wheel RV is situated on a small working ranch 15 miles east of Deming. The RV has beautiful views ofCookes Peak and the Florida range. The stars are generally spectacular at night and stargazing is usually very good here. It's an ideal weekend destination, overnight stopover or artist retreat. Relaxing, inspirational and motivational atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. You can feed carrots to the horses, miniature horses, donkeys, goats and even pet them.

These rules are non-negotiable and allow both of us the opportunity to have a great checkin experience.

The RV is a newer 35 foot 5th wheel trailer with one bedroom, 1 bath with a queen size memory foam bed in bedroom and a queen size sofa bed with memory foam mattress in the living room. The WiFi was recently upgraded to Starlink and is very good. There is a full, stocked kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, Kuerig (with coffee, tea, hot chocolate and hot apple cider) pots, pans plates, silverware, etc. There's a dining table and 2 rocking easy chairs and a 70 inch flat-screen TV in the living area. Bathroom is stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, & conditioner. There's a swing in the private front yard/dog area. We also have a "private zoo" on the ranch featuring miniature Texas Longhorn cattle, miniature horse, a horse, donkeys, alpacas, Llama, pigs, goats, guinea fowl, peacocks and rhea (like miniature emu) for your viewing, interaction and educational pleasure. you can take a tour on your own or one of our family will gladly show you around and introduce you to the animals

I enjoy taking guests to visit Palomas, Mexico, as well as the 2000 y/o petroglyphs, Army Ft ruins, ghost towns, abandoned mines and other points of interest in the area. I also enjoy off roading, riding quads, 4 wheelers, UTV's, Sidebysides, horses etc in the dunes adjacent to the ranch. I am an avid hunter and I enjoy hunting just as much, or more, with a camera, as with a bow or rifle. I also enjoy guiding others that are hunting for the perfect animals, either with a camera or anything else.
