This farmhouse has been on the property well over 100 years and has just been renovated. A mixed of old and new, plenty of natural light, open plan living. It has 2 bedrooms, one with QS bed and the other has 2 KS beds. It can accommodate 4 guests, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite to the main bedroom and another bathroom and toilet). The farm is located along the main road and can be accessed with a long sealed driveway that is lined with beautiful flowering bush and the big oak tree.

The space
There are two houses on the property, the main house where your host lives. On the property you'll see a few animals like the few Alpacas along the side of the driveway, cows in the paddocks. Your host also has a pet fox that comes home at night for a feed and an old mini foxy dog called Lucky. From time to time a very friendly Husky dog owned by your host's son will come and visit as well.

The farm is located in between the two towns, Port Campbell along the coast and Timboon on the north side. It's only 10 minutes drive to either of the two towns from the farm. Port Campbell offers a variety of coffee shops and restaurants catering tourists visiting the famous 12 Apostles along the Great Ocean Road. Timboon on the other hand is where you'll find the Timboon Fine Ice Creamery, Timboon Strawberry Farm, Timboon Distillery and the Timboon Cheese Factory among the other specialty shops the town has to offer.

I as your host is very flexible. I am around if you need me and I am also happy to leave you alone to do your thing if you wish. Some nights I work so not home for a few hours during those times but is always reachable if needed.
