This apartment comfortably slept 4 people for 2 weeks and was in the best possible location. I'm not sure how comfortable 9 people would be there longer term. The bathrooms were clean upon arrival and were usable but falling apart a little, despite appearing new and we had issues…

Dear Ashleigh, I respect all the comment of my guests but I have something to clarify for the next guests. Yes I’m agree with you when you wrote that is a great flat for 4 guests and in the best part of the city. I can’t understand why your vote was 2! We were very polite and professional with you. The fist day you asked to change the bed linen. We prepared 2 double beds with a 180x200 bed linen and you asked for 4 single bed linens. After few hours you got the 4 bed linens and additional towels. As per your request we sent also our maintainer for to repair the toilet seat. I can say that the toilet seat was not broken but just not well fixed. You wrote also about the air conditioning. There are 3 machines and 2 controllers and yes one was without battery but you said to us only during the check out and I also say that with one controller you can control all the machines... You also wrote about the jacuzzi. Is one bath and not one shower so if you use like a bath, sure the water will stay Inside the bath and not in the floor. My colleague Nicoló also explained you, during the check in, how to use it. The flat is also available for groups for up to 9 guests. Everything is for 9 persons: 2 double beds, 2 double sofa beds and one additional bed and 2 bathrooms for a total of 100sqm. In the kitchen everything is for 9ppl but I want to say for who is reading now that during the check out, you said that you needed 3 coffee/tea cups per person (3x4=12) yes my apologies that the cups were only 9. I read all the messages written during your 2 weeks. During the check in we offered for free one change of towels and linen and one cleaning and after the first week we have fixed with you the day. We also asked if you needed something and you asked: toilet paper, paper towel and dish washer tablets. Do you remember this? Did you get? The answer is yes. After you didn’t write us so we thought that everything was perfect! 2 days before the departure, you asked for 2 hours late check out! Our answer was yes we can do for free! I know the flat, and I’m reading your feedback with some compliments and some tips for to improve our service. I can’t understand your 2 stars. Sorry but I really can’t understand... we have 16 apartments, 306 reviews, 69% 5 stars, 21% 4stars, 8% 3stars and 1% 2stars. Dear Natasha, I can accept you your review, every tips is important for to improve our service. you have indicated many positive and many negative aspects but in my opinion you forgot to mention important things. your arrival was scheduled at 00.30 due to your delay you arrived in the apartment almost at 3.00am. someone was there waiting for you. I think it's something important to write. We decided to welcome you in the apartment with a bottle of wine and breakfast for the day after. We thought it was a nice thing to do but maybe it was not liked by you or maybe it was not important to write it down in your review. We did not ask you for the extra cost for late check in, written in our house rules. The day after your arrival, you asked for a free change of all towels and extra sheets. everything was provided. I confirm we had problems with 2 air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. in the afternoon we brought you 2 fans and a portable air conditioning directly installed by me in the bedroom. I repeat not a fan like you wrote but 2 fans plus a portable air conditioner. we simply did everything required and perhaps even more than necessary. you wrote that it was hot but actually the day of your arrival and the next day, there was a maximum temperature of 30 degrees and in the last 2 days it was quite cold with a minimum of 12 degrees in the night. That's why you asked for additional sheets. The day of your departure you asked for a late check out from 10.00am to 11.45am and it was given for free. on all parts of the review you put 4 or 5 stars but in the final vote you put 3 stars. We try to do our job professionally and when you had the problem of the air conditioner, it was immediately solved by bringing a mobile air conditioner of the same power of the other. 3-star rating for a problem solved. I really do not understand. I know that for you it is only a number, but for us it is very important and we think we have done everything possible to solve this single problem and we provided several free services as compensation. thanks for the tips for the toilet roll holder and the hooks. we will buy. just i hope was not the reason of the 3 stars.
Modern apartment but Jacuzzi too dirty to be used.

Unfortunately with Daniel was one of the worst experiences we had after 6 years of airbnb. after a few hours from the check in, we received a message saying that the jacuzzi was not working. my colleague suggested to raise the water level and in case of further problems he said to Daniel to contact us. For one day, the guest did not complain about any problems. The day before the departure he said he could not use the juacuzzi and for not write a bad review, he asked 50 €. we immediately alerted airbnb, because it was a real blackmail. we asked to verify the problem but he did not want us in the apartment. he continued to ask money in order to not write a bad review. the next day, during the check out, we verified in front of the guest, that everything was working correctly and we asked to prove the problem to airbnb, but obviously he had no proof. he changed the version, and he said that the water was dirty, but from the picture he sent the first day, the water was clean. we did every step by following the instructions of the airbnb staff but it certainly was a very bad experience. He also left the flat very dirty
