Cottage is not lake front, it's 2 short blocks (0.2 mile) to the beach lake access. It's 0.4 mile from Reilly's Pub & one mile from Dodge Memorial County Park with boat launch ($7 fee). The park has a swimming beach, restrooms, picnic area, sand volleyball, pier. This cottage has single zone A/C, heat, gas/charcoal grills, fire pit. Bedroom 1: Full over full bunk Bedroom 2: Twin over full bunk. Stocked kitchen, spices, coffee. EAA AirAdventure is 45min drive & Lawsonia golf course 13 minutes.

The space
I have a 2 night minimum in the fall and 4 night minimum on holiday weekends! Remaining time is usually 3 night minimum, Well behaved dogs considered. Ask in advance for approval. No puppies or dogs with separation anxiety. Cottage has one full bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Soda's Farm Market located at N4459 WI-73, Princeton, WI 54968 is only 3 minutes (1.6 miles) away. They have fresh veggies, meats, spices, cheese, milk, fresh bread, and other good stuff. It's a must go to place while you're there (cash only).

Dollar General, Crossroads Market (grocery store), gas station located 15 minutes on Co Rd A & WI-23. You can buy pretty much anything there, including charcoal, firewood, ice, and other supplies.

There are several boat rental places, but the closest one is Pierless boat Rentals. They are located in The Golf Courses of Lawsonia (12 minutes away). They have a few short trains and also a small sandy beach next to the rental place.

Dollar Tree in Ripon is 20 minutes away. On that same street you will have Ace Hardware, fast food restaurants, grocery stores, gas.

Walking distance to Reilly's Pub and Dodge Memorial County Park ($7 daily boat-launch fee). The Princeton Flea Market is famous throughout the Midwest, and is held every Saturday in the tree-shaded City Park on the east side of town on Hwy 23. The dates this year are April 23 – October 15, 2022. Opens at 6am and closes around 1pm

Don't forget to stop by Soda's Farm Market (3 minutes from the cottage) on N4459 WI-73, Princeton, WI 54968. They always have fresh veggies, bread, cheeses, meats, spices, milk, ice cream, fresh eggs, fresh bacon, sausage, and other good stuff.

The Golf Courses of Lawsonia is 12 minutes away and there is a hiking trail there. There is also a World gift shop with gifts from all over the world, nice to go check it out.

I graduated from UW-Madison and so did my older daughter. My younger daughter just graduated from high school. We enjoy spending time by the lake and want to share our cottage when we're not using it. We love staying in Green Lake Terrace, it's the best side of the lake in my opinion. We have a nice beach and it's walking distance to Reilly's Pub where they regularly have live music on weekends (in the summer).

During your stay

I'm available for questions during your stay, but I live 3 hours from the cottage (Northwest suburb of Chicago) so won't be available to meet in person. If you're bringing your dog, please don't forget to bring old towels for your dog, poop bags, food/water bowls, and a dog bed. The white towels provided at the cottage are not to be used for pets or taken outside the cottage. These towels are only to be used in the bathroom, not the lake, boat, etc.

Don't forget to bring: Sunscreen, mosquito spray, swimsuit, sunglasses, and beach towels! Guests towels provided are not to be used outdoors.
